It is very important that everyone be on time and in place.

Simulated weapons of any type, including knives, are not permitted on the premises. If you see suspicious behavior, please report it immediately to an officer or Board Member.

We ask that you please notify us if you CANNOT show up for your shift.  PLEASE email us:  volunteer@orlandogermanclub.com and notify the Manager for your area also (see list below). We rely HEAVILY on our Volunteer Scheduling and anyone who does not arrive when expected causes scheduling problems.

BEER STANDS

All Beer Stands will have tip boxes.  All tips received at Volunteer stands will be used for a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, to recognize
all of the hard work that all of our Volunteers do for Oktoberfest.  Date of this lunch will be determined later.

COURTESY

All staff and volunteers are reminded to be courteous to guests and to other volunteers at all times.  A smile goes a long way! There is never an excuse to yell at, be discourteous to, embarrass, or reprimand anyone, especially in front of others.  Please be welcoming to all Volunteers and refer to a Manager if there is an issue.  If you see someone bullying a volunteer, or treating them disrespectfully, please report it to a Board Member immediately.
